Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are handled for LevelUpSkillz digital products. It applies together with the mandatory consumer rights that may exist where you live.
Digital delivery
Products are digital files and interactive tools, and access is generally granted immediately after payment is confirmed. Because delivery is immediate, we review refund requests individually rather than applying an automatic satisfaction guarantee.
When we grant a refund
We consider a refund when the product is materially different from its description on this website, when a verified technical problem prevents you from accessing or downloading the product and our support cannot resolve it, or when a duplicate charge or a demonstrably unauthorized charge is identified. We investigate duplicate and unauthorized charges with the payment processor.
How to request a refund
Write to support@getlevelupskillz.com from, or including, the email address used at checkout. Tell us the product name, the approximate purchase date, and what went wrong, with screenshots or error messages if you have them. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Access to the product may be removed when a refund is issued.
Change of mind
We do not routinely refund purchases for change of mind, except where refund or cancellation rights are required by the law that applies to you. Product pages, previews and free tools are provided so you can judge whether a product suits you before purchasing.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits mandatory consumer or refund rights available to you under applicable law, including consumer protection rules in Quebec and Canada and, where applicable, in your own country. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
