These Terms of Service govern your use of the LevelUpSkillz website, accounts and digital products. LevelUpSkillz is a digital-product business operating from Quebec, Canada. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these terms.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, and you must be able to accept these terms on your own behalf. If you do not agree with them, please do not create an account or purchase a product. We may update these terms, and material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date on this page.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us at support@getlevelupskillz.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Purchases and delivery
Products are digital and are delivered through your account after payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and payment is processed by Stripe. Delivery depends on your ability to sign in to your account and download the files; access links are generated on demand and expire after a short period for security reasons.
Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use it for your own personal use. You may print a copy for your own use. We do not currently offer team, organizational or commercial licences.
Restrictions and intellectual property
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload to file-sharing services, sublicense, rent, share account access, or make unauthorized copies of the products, in whole or in part, and you may not remove notices or attempt to circumvent access controls. All content, text, design and materials remain the intellectual property of LevelUpSkillz or its licensors; nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Updates and availability
Products may be revised or updated over time, and we may add or discontinue products. We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures, or issues with third-party providers, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Educational nature and no guaranteed results
Our products are educational and informational. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created. Outcomes depend on your own circumstances and choices, and no particular result is promised. See the Disclaimer page for details.
Limitation of liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, LevelUpSkillz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend or terminate access where an account is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms, including unauthorized redistribution.
Governing law and your rights
Where legally permitted, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the mandatory consumer protections available to you in your own jurisdiction; nothing in these terms attempts to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
